Why do Filipinos observed the celebration of chinese new year?


     First of all, Chinese New Year is a celebration where 15 annual days festival in China that begins the new moon from January 21 to February 20. The week of relaxation has been designnated as the spring festival it is a term used as Chinese New Year. We Filipinos observed to celebrate Chinese New Year because the Philippines and China had a trade of cultural exchange relations. Chinese culture have a significant impact of fellow Filipinos in terms of traditions, customs, values.

    This year's Chinese New Year, symbolizes adversity, country's cultural diversity and Chinese and Filipino traditions. It is also symbolizes good fortune, new blessings and values resonated by the Filipinos. Most of all, celebrating Chinese New Year emphasizes importance of family and communities which bounds the core of Filipino people.
