  First of all, I would like to acknowledge myself, I’m Ralph Aldrin Apostol I live in Sitio Punta, Brgy. Cabittaogan, municipality of Sta. Catalina, province of Ilocos Sur. I'm 15 years old  was born on the first day of December at the year of 2008, I’m the only son of Agnes and Ronald Apostol I grew up in a small family, if it is I don’t have a sibling but I have my cousins. I only have my two closest cousins who named Arlene and Choleen who love and care about me, we treat and play sometimes. I inspire by my grandparent especially my grandmother because when she started to talk she always mentioned her life. She said that when she was young, education is a big foundation of her life and she always tell me that I will study properly and smartly so that I can have a successful life in the future so that I can raise my whole family from poverty.

    I describe myself as a shy person since when I was a little kid, when I went to school and when I served in the church. Being a shy person is the biggest problem of my life in how I face and talk to the people around me, but I found out that I try my best not to be shy and so I can control my emotions and try to strengthen my confidence and myself. Have you ever experienced losing your hope in life? Well I experienced that some people say “If you lose your hope you will not given a second chance” but that’s not the fact, if they try to tell me that I just ignore it. If you lose it doesn’t mean that you’ll given a second chance there is always a chance and the most important is don’t lose your hope to face any circumstances in your life. I do have a lot of negative things I’ve thinking but I try to be confident to face any challenges in my life and don’t make your life harder try to make in a easier way.

     My plan in the future is to be a successful man and I will step up from poverty. To be successful from my own perspective, you need to strengthen yourself and be confident to face any circumstances. As my grandmother mentioned a while ago “Education is the biggest foundation of life” which is true, you cannot proceed to the next generation of your life if you don’t have an education. Don’t lose your hope when it comes to competition, many of us experienced losing hope but this is not the fact that we surrender we stand up by our self and start again for a new beginning. Step up from poverty, this is the one who’s many people wish for because when life is hard don’t try to make it harder, let’s try to do our best and give effort to it. As a student, I would like to remind someone to be proud of yourself because you’re the one who’s making yourself proud, because I do believe that when there’s you want to achieve it you’re going to try your best until you make it.
